Terms of Service

01Agreement

By creating an account or using any RazeConnect service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

02The service

We provide wholesale voice termination, SIP accounts, virtual numbers and related tools on a prepaid basis. Route availability, quality and pricing vary by destination and may change without notice as supplier conditions change.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in the portal where possible.

03Prepaid balance and billing

Services are paid for in advance from your account balance. The minimum top-up is $50. Calls are rated per destination prefix using the billing increment shown in your portal at the time of the call.

When your balance reaches zero, new calls are rejected. You are responsible for all usage made with your credentials, including usage resulting from compromised equipment or passwords.

Virtual numbers are billed a setup fee on purchase and a recurring monthly fee from your balance. Numbers may be released if the monthly fee cannot be collected.

04Cryptocurrency payments

Top-ups made in cryptocurrency are credited in US dollars at the rate quoted by our payment processor at the time of the invoice. Payments sent to an expired invoice, in the wrong asset or on the wrong network may be delayed or unrecoverable.

05Refunds

Prepaid balance is not refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days with the relevant call records and we will investigate.

06Acceptable use

Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. We may suspend accounts immediately where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or unlawful traffic.

07Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue or lost profit.

08Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend an account for breach of these terms. Any remaining balance on an account terminated for breach may be forfeited.

09Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the portal or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
